The anti-dog swinging gate is missing on existing entrance in South-West side of courts. Dogs come in trying to steal my balls, owners threaten to sue me for broken skulls of dogs, for dog bites on my body when I try to fight dogs off during my tennis plays. From now on, I will refer them to you since you are aware.
1. Very long part of mandatory fense is missing: entire side of the tennis courts is missing MANDATORY fense. Fense must have a small anti-dog swinging gate, just like the small swinging anti-dog fense in Willamette park tennis courts. Fense does not have to be long. It can be only waste-high anti-dog fense. Fifty (50) dogs per hour [I am not exaggerating] come to court from the off-leash grass area adjasent to court: steal my balls, interfere with my tennis games. Owners keep throwing dog balls into court for dogs to fetch while I am playing. Owners threaten me to sue for broken skulls of dogs, for bites of their dogs of my body during fights with their dogs, but I will refer them to you now for legal matters since you are aware. 2. The usual mandatory legal disclosure post is missing on court's fense: "City Ordinance: TENNIS ONLY!" 3.
