08/04/2010 This issue has now been fixed. The doggie bowl at the bottom of the drinking fountain is working. Problem eliminated
08/02/2010 Thanks for your keen observation and letting us know. Our construction manager has this on our punch list (a list of final unresolved issues following a construction project.) She's working to get this issue resolved with the contractors. Forwarded to the appropriate PP&R work unit
